The Canadian foundation Accès au Savoir (‘’AS’’) through his coordinator Mr. Martin Menard,  officially handover two Variable Frequency Drives (‘’VFD’’) and two AC asynchronous motors to the power lab of the Electrical Engineering department as part of Phase 2 of ‘AS’ support to the department. The two VFDs and motors will allow students to perform experiments on state of the art industrial equipment.

‘AS’ has been honored to coordinate this exciting project with the Electrical Engineering department head, Mr. Cornel Wijngaarde and wishes the department and its students success in making the most out of these equipment and expand the in-country knowledge of AC machinery.
