Biography:

Chrystel Barron is currently an adjunct scientific staff member at AdeKUS, affiliated with the Faculty of Medical Sciences and the Faculty of Technological Sciences, where she lectures on Personal Skills.

She holds a Master in Education and Research for Sustainable Development, a Bachelor of Science in Educational and Social Sciences from AdeKUS, and completed an academic internship at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. Baron also obtained a pedagogical-didactic qualification (Pedagogisch Getuigschrift at the Instituut voor de Opleiding van Leraren, IOL) and is currently enrolled in the Teaching Professionalization Program (Docent Professionalisering Onderwijs traject) at AdeKUS.

Her research interests focus on human development and the evolving role of education, including balancing traditional and modern learning systems, socio-cultural dynamics, creativity as a form of economic value, and learning from nature and historical systems.
