Biography:

Seraina Veldbloem holds a Master of Science degree in Business Management with a specialization in Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Leadership. Since March 2024, she has been affiliated with the university, initially as a part-time lecturer, teaching Management Accounting, Information Management, Introduction to Marketing, and Qualitative Research. In May 2024, she joined the program committee of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and in July 2024, she was appointed as the graduation coordinator for the Bachelor of Science program of Business Administration. She became a full-time employe in November 2024.

In addition to her academic responsibilities, she recently started the universities training program in Professionalization for Educators (DPO) to further enhance her teaching and curriculum development skills. Beyond her academic role, she is also an experienced business consultant and trainer, specializing in guiding nascent entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their ventures. Her primary research interests lie in business management studies, with a particular emphasis on entrepreneurship, especially various aspects of nascent entrepreneurship.
